Paragraph 24
Non arrival of Chairman of tribunal or Presiding Justice of the courtIf the Chairman of the tribunal or presiding justice of the court has not arrived at the appointed time for the hearing or at the time to which the hearing has been postponed, the hearing shall, by reason of that fact, stand adjourned to the following day and so from day to day.
This paragraph allows for flexibility in the arrival or timing of the sitting of the Election Tribunal or Court by providing for an adjournment of the sitting to the following day in cases where the Chairman of an Election Tribunal or Presiding Justice of Court fails to arrive at the appointed time.
