Paragraph 31
Affidavits against illegal term of withdrawal(1) The time for hearing the motion for leave to withdraw the election petition shall be fixed by the Tribunal or Court.
(2) The Secretary may give notice of the day fixed for the hearing of the motion to the respondents and post or cause to be posted on the Tribunal notice board a copy of the notice.
This paragraph provides for fixing of time to hear a Motion for withdrawal of a Petition and issuing of notice to the respondent.
