Notice of pollThe Commission shall, not later than 14 days before the day of the election, cause to be published, in such manner as it may deem fit, a notice specifying the—
(a) day and hours fixed for the poll;
(b) persons entitled to vote; and
(c) location of the polling units.
The section mandates INEC to notify the public of the date and time of elections by publish a notice stating this information, as well as persons to vote and the location of polling units where elections will take place.
