Posting of notice on tribunal notice board deemed to be good noticeThe posting of the notice of hearing on the tribunal notice board shall be deemed and taken to be good notice, and the notice shall not be vitiated by any miscarriage of the copy or copies of the notice sent pursuant to paragraph 16.
Posting of notice of hearing of a Petition on the Tribunal or Court’s Notice Board shall be
deemed to be good service.
