RegulationsThe Commission may, subject to the provisions of this Act, issue regulations, guidelines, or manuals for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act and for its administration.
This section empowers the Commission to make regulations, guidelines, or manuals to effect to the provisions of the Act. Regulations. Regulations are a form of subsidiary law created by a government agency, often to implement a specific legislation.
