to the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that as
I will discharge my duties to
the best of my ability in accordance with the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the
Electoral Act and the Guidelines issued by the Independent National Electoral Commission; that I will
do the right to all candidates and political parties according to law without fear or favour, affection or
ill-will. So help me God.
