Paragraph 39
Return of SecurityMoney deposited as security shall, when no longer needed as security for costs, charges or expenses, be returned to the person in whose name it was deposited or to the person entitled to receive it by order of the Tribunal or Court which may be made on motion after notice and proof that all just claims have been satisfied or otherwise sufficiently provided for as the Tribunal or Court may require.
This provides for the return of the money deposited as security for cost to the depositor
where
there is an application showing that all justifiable clams have been settled.
