Right to challenge issue of ballot paperA candidate or a Polling Agent may challenge the right of a person to vote on such grounds and in accordance with such procedures as are provided for in this Act.
This section gives candidates or their polling agents the right to challenge the right of a person to vote on grounds provided in the Electoral Act 2022 for example where a person cannot be accredited by the digital device/smart card reader.
