Proprietary rights in the voters’ cardThe proprietary rights in any voters’ card issued to any voter shall vest in the Commission.
The ownership rights to a Voter’s card belongs to INEC. This means that if a person were to find a lost voter’s card/cards, the right place to send it to would be INEC.
